John 6:35

Then Jesus declared, I am the bread of life. He who comes to me will never go hungry, and he who believes in me will never be thirsty.

Saying it is as it is....

Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
The doctor finished reading the medical report in front of him lifted up his head , stared at the rich powerful politician patient in front of him and said 'Sir going by the reports before me, if you do not change your lifestyle, your eating habbits, cut out the smoking and drinking while doing more exercises.....you will die pretty soon'.
The Engineer finished reading the report before him, lifted up his head and addressed the eminent members of the building committee

saying...'Ladies and gentlemen, the design of this building is flawed, the foundation is all wrong and the materials used are not genuine..if we do not pull this building down...disaster awaits sooner than later'.
The school principal read through the reports of the student before him, he looked up and addressed the parents of the student....'I am afraid unless your daughter works harder at her grades and stop cutting claases...she would not graduate from this school'.

But the modern day pastor lifted up his eyes from reading the bible...he looks into the face of a man driven by condemnation from feeding a sinful lifestyle and says to him , it is alright as long as you are paying your tithes, everything will be fine. He looks up from reading his bible, he stares up and sees the faces of the members of his congregation , he sees the ones who are given to a life contrary to what the scripture reports...but because such are strong financial contributor into his ministry, he says to them...beloved in the Lord dont worry you are under grace..dont worry about sin..just make sure you are in church. This he proclaimed boldly even when the evidence of spiritual sickness which the scriptural report clearly diagnosed stares at him begging for attention, but unlike the other professionals...for whatever reason best known to him, he refuses to give the verdict based on this report.

He says there is nothing like sin, yet the scripture boldly declared that the wages of sin is death. He says because of Christ and grace it is okay to continue to feed the lifestyle of sin..hmmmm. His patients are sitting right in front of him, they manifest every form of spiritual sickness, torment, anxiety, lack of peace..and yet he boldly says to them...dont worry it has nothing to do with sin, he rubbishes sin while heaping up modern day ideologies, sweet sounding jargons and jingles, emotional boosters, everything soothing but devoid of the truth....one which the scripture diagnosed below:

Galatians 5:19 —21 Now the works of the flesh are evident: sexual immorality, impurity, sensuality, idolatry, sorcery, enmity, strife, jealousy, fits of anger, rivalries, dissensions, divisions, envy, drunkenness, orgies, and things like these. I warn you, as I warned you before, that those who do such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.

There is a reason why the doctor would have more success at saving the life of his patients, there is a reason why the engineer would have more success at preventing a disaster waiting to happen and there is a reason why the Principal mentioned above would have a higher success rate at delivering the destiny of his students from destruction.....they spoke the simple truth not afraid of whom the report is meant for. What inspired this boldness.....let us not over spiritualise things here...but yes the boldness is driven by a simple commitment first to their profession and secondly the desire to save lives.

Hebrews 12:1
“Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us,”
