As citizens of the Kingdom faith occupies the very heart of our existence and prosperity in the kingdom. In order to thrive and benefit from the numerous promises which the kingdom holds out for us, we need to understand that faith occupies the heart of that very existence and the motivating force behind everything we set out to do in the kingdom.

For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus- Galatians 3:26.

We need to recognise that it was faith that brought us into the Kingdom. By this i mean the faith that we exercised in Jesus. And not only that we also need to understand that the golden rule of kingdom remains ; we are expected to live by faith and by faith alone.

The just shall live by faith - Romans 1:17

Nothing else matters outside of faith, as matter of fact without faith we would struggle with everything in the kingdom and the peace which the kingdom promises would remain elusive. Without faith we would fail terribly and our call into the kingdom would amount to nothing.

Therefore if faith is of such great importance to the citizens of the kingdom such that it plays such a key role in their ability to thrive and prosper in the kingdom, then as citizens we need to explore what it means to live by faith. And the first thing we would need to know about the faith which is demanded from every citizen is this- this faith is unique to the citizens of the kingdom alone because it is the God kind of faith. It is a faith that is birthed by and upon the word of God.

So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God - Romans 10:17.

It is a faith that originates from the word of God, it is a faith that is built solely upon the word of God and is nurtured solely on it. It does not recognise anything outside of what the word of God recognises and nothing outside of God's word or opinion affects it.This faith is not built upon feelings or any circumstantial evidence outside of the word of God.

It is the faith that acknowledges God, accepts his precepts and cherishes the gift of salvation that he out of his love revealed to all men through his son Jesus and is forever committed to the ways prescribed by this salvation.

Concerning this faith, as citizens we must recognise that it is not a head faith and it is not limited to mental agreement alone even though it begins from there, but it must penetrate deep to the core of our very existence and from there it motivates, inspires and directs everything that we do in the kingdom.

For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness - Romans 10:10a

It must be embraced with all of our heart and be allowed to sit right at the centre of it as it controls and gives us impetus. From the heart of our very existence it must permeate every part of that existence by embracing in the process, our family aspirations, career, relationship, ambitions and business. As a matter of fact it must embrace everything about us, not leaving anything out

From the centre of our very existence, this faith motivates our actions, our thoughts process and patterns as well as our confessions. We are propelled into action only by this faith because anything that is done outside of faith in the kingdom is counted as sin. We see things through the eye of faith alone, we perceive things through the wisdom of faith, we move with the assured direction given by faith, we touch things by faith; we make our declaration by the assurances that faith gives. Unlike those of the world we are not led by our feelings;

For we walk by faith, not by sight: - 2 Corinthians 5:7.

We make our confessions by this faith;

That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart - Mark 11:23.

We are able to relate to God only by this faith, for it is by faith that we understand that our world was formed by the word of God and we understand the mystery of creation as the work of the Almighty Creator, through faith we understand how our world was framed over time by the lives of men and women of faith using the word of God;

Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God- Hebrews 11:3

It is only by faith we can have a meaningful fellowship with him, it is by faith that we can come to him as well as please him, you see without faith we cannot even understand God or his ways;

But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.- Hebrews 11:6

This faith is not for special occasions or days but for every occasion and for everyday, it must be exercised at all times and in all situations.

Our justification and the attendant peace comes through faith and faith alone Romans 5:1, we come into it and are established in it through faith. If we want to continue to enjoy this peace we must continue in faith;

Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law.-Romans 3:28

I want you to know that everything that we may ask for in the kingdom, we must do by faith, it is the bargaining tool in the hand of the citizens, for whatever we ask for in faith we receive and whatever we ask for without faith, sad to say we forfeit.

But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord. - James 1:6-7.

We receive our healing by faith (Mark 5:34), we receive our provisions by faith (Mathew 7:7), we move mountains by faith (Mark 11:23), we overcome every opposition by faith, we still the storms in our life by faith (Mark 4:39-40), as long as we are in faith we remain victorious.
As citizens of the kingdom living by faith is the standard to which all must aspire and subscribe to. We cannot live and prosper in the kingdom without it, therefore check your faith today for without it you deny yourself of the benefits that the kingdom promises in abundance.
